Overview

What information we collect
When you use the registration form on this site, we collect:
- First name and email address — required to register.
- Phone number — optional, only if you want us to send short reminder text messages.
We may also automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages you visit. If our advertising pixel is active, our advertising partner (Meta) may also receive pageview and conversion signals so we can measure ad performance.
How we use your information
- To send you a confirmation email with the direct registration link for the AI Income Games.
- If you provided a phone number, to send short reminder text messages the day before and shortly before each live session starts.
- To respond when you reply to any of our emails.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve this site.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work, and only for the purposes described above:
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship platform. It stores your contact record and sends the confirmation email and reminder text messages on our behalf.
- Meta — if you arrived through one of our ads, Meta receives standard event signals (page views, form submissions) so we can measure ad performance. Meta does not receive your name or email directly from our site.
- AI Income Games — when you click through from our confirmation email to save your seat with them, you register on their site under their own privacy policy. Their handling of your information is not covered by this policy.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any text we send.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing support@briansanford.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as needed to send you the emails and reminders you signed up for, and to keep a record of your interest in our offers. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the process above.
Security
We rely on our service providers (primarily GoHighLevel) to store your information securely using standard industry practices. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
